Case Report of Sex-Chromatin Positive Klinefelter¢¥s Syndrome

Abstract

|
A case of Klinefelter¢¥s syndrome which is most common type in hypogonadism of male, was clinically studied.
A twenty years old nan was admitted because of underdeveloped external Bgenitalia, impotence, loss of libido and easy fatigability. Physical finding showed absence of facial, axillary and pubic hair in association with small pea sized firm testis. Biopsy of testis revealed as typical Klinefelter¢¥s syndrome which is positive in sex-chromatin pattern. He was treated with testosterone for 3 months and resulted in appearance of secondary sexual charcteristics.
